Right of Withdrawal
Our return policy is valid for 14 business days.
If more than 14 business days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return practice, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
Any item that does not comply with its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 working days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs related to returning an item are not subject to refund.
So the steps to get the return or a replacement are:
send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org where you will indicate the item subject to return or replacement, also writing the reasons for the request and where in case of replacement you will indicate the new size.
You will then get a response within 24 hours with the exact address, relating to the warehouse of the brand manufacturer of the item to which you will ship the goods back.
- Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the replacement request and, if successful, we will replace the garment with the size indicated in the email.
